Canarro’s fascinating music is based on traditional gipsy jazz also known as manouche swing mixed with the Hungarian version of jazz, which evokes the old time feeling of the coffee houses of Budapest. The specialty of the orchestra is that it combines the renowned style of Django Reinhardt and jazz music with the spice of Hungarian traditions.
Canarro is more than a band. It’s a group of real good friends who are all professional musicians with diverse musical backgrounds and traditions, being lucky for playing together for over the past 10 years. In 2016 they also had a common concert with the amazing Tcha Limberger
at the Musique de l’Europe festival.
